The condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living area/ kitchen. It's a light and bright corner unit with wood flooring throughout, spacious living area with comfortable seating and 60” Smart TV. The kitchen has granite work tops and breakfast bar with seating for 4 and comes equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner. Stylish dining for 6 leads to a large furnished balcony. The den, just off the kitchen is a cozy hideaway with queen pull-out sofa and a handy work desk.

3 bedrooms with top quality mattresses, luxury linens, smart TVs and ceiling fans. The master suite has a king bed, walk in closet and vast en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanities, garden tub, walk in shower and screened toilet. Guest suite has a Queen room and a third bedroom with 2 double beds. The guest bedrooms share a family bathroom. Our full size laundry room in the condo means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community off of Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. Lake Cay Commons plaza is also within walking distance.
