This is an exceptional vacation home in the much sought after Windsor Palms Resort. Come stay at this beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxury home in the 24/7 Gated w/guard Windsor Palms Resort. This incredibly comfortable and well-appointed home features 2 King master suites with en suite baths and 2 additional bedrooms with 2 twins in each that share a full bath. This home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large open living room with 55' HDTV, Game Room, (equipped with Table Tennis, Foosball, and Basketball), high speed Wi-Fi internet service, and separate in-house laundry room. All bedrooms feature wall mounted flat-screen televisions and blue-ray/DVD players.

Outside you will enjoy your very own private pool & spa that is the largest private home pool offered in Windsor Palms. The pool area now features a 48" HDTV for viewing from the pool and spa, (added after home pictures were taken). The pool area is very private as it's surrounded by mature shrubs, and with the home being on a corner lot you only have one other home next door. An Outdoor BBQ Gas Grill is also included for relaxing dinners at home around the pool.

For a fun change of pace you can also swim and relax at the Olympic-size pool and Jacuzzi at the Resort Clubhouse that is a very short 100 yard walk away. The Resort Clubhouse also includes tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball court, exercise gym, 40 Person movie theater that is free to guests, Pool Tiki Bar, Arcade, Pool Tables, and a convenient mini-mart should you need any extra last minute drinks, snacks, or sundry items.

If it's Orlando attractions you're after Disney is just 3 short miles away, and Universal and Sea World are within an easy 20+/- minute drive. The Cruise Ports of Canaveral & Tampa are just over an hour away and easily accessible from the convenient resort location. Windsor Palms ideal location also provides quick access to all other Orlando major attractions and dozens of great restaurants, stores, and shops are just 1-3 miles away. Perfect Place for a Disney Getaway.

My family and my sister’s family stayed for a week-long Disney Vacation. The house was perfect with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for our group of 8. The pool and hot tub were great. Barry was quick with communication and logistics. I would definitely stay here again.

Short Fun Stay

We only stayed for 2 nights, but wished we could have stayed longer. The house was set up great for 3 older teen boys and 2 sets of parents. We loved the pool and had a great time.

Great house in awesome community

House was great with all the amenities we could ask for. Pool and hot tub were warm and excellent. Close to Disney. Clubhouse was perfect with great tennis courts. Owners are friendly with great communication. Would happily return for another stay.

Great Home and Location

We stayed here May 14 - May 21 for a family vacation to Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. Our 3 children are in college and it had been 9 years since our last visit. The home is in a great location and very clean. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Great Vaca

This is my 2nd time staying here, and I would deff book it again! Home is super clean and has everything you need for your stay (utensils , cups, plates, etc.). The location is perfect, plenty of stores , close to Disney. The community is very well maintained. The pool and hot tub are awesome to relax in after a day at the parks. Barry is easy to get in contact with if any question's or situation arose.

Amazing Home

We were visiting Orlando for 9 days and stayed in this amazing home. The house was very clean and in a great location for visiting Disney. The pictures actually represent the house very well. There is so much space in the house. We had 5 in our party and could have easily had 3 more and it would not have felt crowded. The hosts were super responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Brilliant!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and it will not be our last. Windsor Palms is in a great location, the house is lovely, plenty of space for everyone and all the amenities that we required. Kids loved the pool and of course the games room. The home is just as the pictures portray online. We had a great time and the only downside was the ABSOLUTE 4:00 check in, the door will not open until 4:00, it would have just been nice to know and maybe something that can be relayed to future guests.

Golf Vacation

We are a group of friends who have been going on a golf vacation for the past 23 years. We discovered Windsor Palms about 10 years ago and have rented homes in there ever since. This was the first year we managed to rent Barry and Casey’s home. My fellow golfers and I believe this to be the best so far. The unit was clean and well stocked with utensils, plates and glasses. I was specifically thrilled to see a Keurig coffee maker. We have already booked for next year. Thank you Barry and Casey.

Girls weekend

The house has a great pool area and it gets sun most of the day. The location is good and there is ample space. The house needs a deep clean as baseboards are pretty dirty, especially in the bathrooms. The bathroom towels are dingy and worn and need to be replaced. When we arrived, 3 hours after check in, there was a woman inside still cleaning and we had to stand around and wait for her to finish before we could settle in which was annoying after traveling in from the west coast.

The house is in a great location. Very easy to get to Disney parks. Communication with Barry was great. He always replied quickly. The home has just about everything from toilet paper to tupperware and plenty of towels (There is no cleaning spray to wipe counters and no laundry soap). The pool is great on rest days. My complaint is the home needs some tlc. The beds are uncomfortable and the twin beds are not very sturdy. There are broken dressers and little things here and there that need attention. The water pressure is not good and made showering a chore. Be careful when going out the front door when the sprinkler is on. One of the pipes has a hole and sprays towards the front door. We had to leave out the pool patio doors one morning. The cleaning crew needs to do a more thorough job. Its surface clean but lots of dust and dirt that shouldn't be there including mold in the shower. Overall the house is a good rental. I would stay again if the issues were addressed. I feel so lucky that I found this home. The owners were very easy to contact and quick to respond with any questions. The house was in the perfect location and easy to get to any of the attractions in and around Orlando. I would stay here again. It is a clean and comfortable home. The pool and hot tub were amazing!

Great place to stay

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. The pool was lovely, the master bed comfortable and great location. I loved that all the rooms had ceiling fans and that there were two ensuites. The owner is super responsive and aims to please.
