To start we booked this house for what we thought based on pictures was a large expansive pool and backyard (it’s actually very small) and a good game room. (Definitely needs some more lighting). We checked in after 4pm and the lady was still onsite cleaning until a little after 6pm which was definitely not how we wanted to start. In middle of the first night there we were awoken by one of the smoke detectors going off, we alerted the Managers and they sent someone a couple hours later to address the issue and that is when the problems started, he unfortunately did not fix the problem correctly and since the system is all connected we had the detectors ringing and going off for days and nights unaddressed even with multiple messages to the management team for days, it took until our final day/night there for the team to correct the issue. We were flabbergasted that interrupted sleep for multiple days took so long to properly address. The vendor that finally did come to resolve the issue said that it was not fixed the correct way the first day and that 3/6 detectors had not had batteries changed which was exasperating the issue. Additionally we paid for pool heat and it didn’t seem to work until our final day there. I think the communication issue is seemingly that they are a smaller team and they have a service responding like robots not fully understanding the issues. It’s quite a shame that the home is not maintained up to its potential because it can be a great rental home
