You will be only 10 miles from Disney World (16-20 min drive) and 21 miles from Universal Studios. If you like to play golf, Reunion and Champions Gate golf courses are only 2-5 min drive. This location provides easy access to popular attractions but also to supermarkets (2 Publix stores near the house), dining options, world-class golf courses, and community amenities.

You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
