This luxurious brand new vacation home is located in the Windsor at Westside, a prestigious resort community - with short drive to DISNEY WORLD (10 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. The 4400 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture,large screen LED TV in family room and LED TV in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary.

There are three master suites, one King and one double Queen on the 1st floor and one king on the 2nd floor. There are total 3 king beds (1 on the first floor and 2 on the 2nd floor). 4 queen beds (2 on first floor one bedroom and 2 on 2nd floor 2 bedrooms), 1 bunk beds with full/full and 4 twins (on the 2nd floor in 2 bedrooms). Twin beds can be easily combined into a king size bed if desired. Total 22 people can all sleep in beds!

The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and stainless steel appliances. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables.

A gas BBQ grill (optional) makes poolside living even easier. A ceiling fan circulates air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated (optional) pool and hot SPA.

The pool faces east-south, which ensures plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure.

Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available. Also provided are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has pool table and Foosball table for relaxing time after a full day theme park visit or shopping trip.

The home offers courtesy high speed Wi-Fi and unlimited long distance calls within US and Canada.

You're close to all the attractions, Disney is 15 mins, shops are 5 mins. Universal is 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 (55) is 5 mins away from this villa.

An extraordinary 8,000 sq ft clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with a water slide – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite Tu Casa Bar & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with a video arcade if you need to pick up something quickly. The clubhouse also provides Park tickets (Kissimmee) service as well as taxi and Uber car rental service for all guests.
