Great hotel in Orleans

We love this hotel. The service is great. The bar is a very nice place with good wine and drinks. The breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable with a nice view of the Loire.

Lovely stay! I would highly recommend staying here. Orleans was a great stop and this was the most perfectly located hotel close to all the shops, restaurants, river etc. It was so lovely to be across the street from the river. I would definitely stay here again. thank you@

The hotel was in a great position on the Loire river within walking distance of the town and with parking and charging for my car close by. The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean and quiet and the breakfast very good. I particularly liked the range of leaf tea options. If I return to Orléans I would definitely re book this hotel.

Great location and lovely hotel. We changed room since the first we got was adjacent to another room and too loud due to the door between the rooms. The second room was great. Lively area around the hotel with lots of restaurants. Great staff.

Great location. Best point of the hotel is the bedding really outstanding , rooms are comfortable, Julia at the front desk is really nice and welcoming. I definitely don t give 5 stars because of the WiFi not working and the water pressure is really weak .. you cannot enjoy a good relaxing shower after a good day

Situated on the banks of the Loire and on the edge of the old town, the hotel is well located. The room was spacious and bed comfortable and there were tea and coffee making facilities. Modern decor but quite drab and the poor lighting made the room quite dark.

Good unbusy location: 5 mins from restaurants, 10mins from cathedral. 10mins easy walk from city station, short direct tram ride from Les Aubrais. Nice, if slightly squashed bedroom. Comfy bed. One of the most practical (and clean) bathrooms we've experienced. Reasonable breakfast, uncertain service. Ideal for a couple of days sightseeing.

Receptionist was welcoming and friendly, she stepped in when we were ignored by the bartender and were about to leave. The room was spacious and mostly very clean except for a lot of mould at the bottom of the shower screen, also if you have a bath in the room please provide something to put in it, the shower gel was attached to wall making it impossible to get a bubble in the bath. Location was excellent
