*Heated Pool & Hot tub open NOW* Only a five minute drive to famed Nauset Beach, this fully renovated five bedroom house sleeps 12 and is perfect for families who love the Cape! Enjoy the large 16 x 32 inground heated pool and brand new above ground hot tub! 2023 renovations included a brand new kitchen with all new appliances and quartz countertops and induction stove; two new bathrooms (four full bathrooms total in house); new hardwood flooring throughout first and second floors; new wood ceiling in basement with recessed lighting; new furniture throughout house; finished basement with 65" tv; ping pong table in garage; seven new smart tv's including a large 55" OUTDOOR TV poolside near the hot tub! New air conditioning mini splits installed throughout the entire house. In addition to five bedrooms, there are two pull-out sofas in the basement: one in the basement family room, and one in the basement sleeping room/office. Note linens and towels are not provided, but owner can email info of local providers.

This property has everything described in the online listing and more…the finished basement area is a great area for kids to hang out and play games. The house itself is nestled in a residential neighborhood surrounded by trees and is completely private. The house is also fully stocked, if you forgot it they have it!

Great space and location for family vacation
We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Communication with the owner was excellent, the location was quiet but convenient and close to several beaches, there was plenty of room for the whole 3-generation family gathering to spread out, and we loved having the pool available!

Tim is very detail oriented and pro-active. He has been communicating with me in a very timely manner. We had problem with hot water since this is the beginning of the season, Tim took care of the issue in a timely fashion. This is a great property and very nice host. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Lovely home away from home
We enjoyed our stay, lots of different spaces to hang out all together of separate. The pool area was fantastic, the outdoor tv was awesome. Legitimately do not need anything the house is well stocked! Paper towels, toilet paper, soap, utensils, pool floats, beach chairs and toys. They thought of it all leaving their guests to just enjoy!

My family loved our stay at this Cape house near Nauset Beach! The house was spotless. The heated pool was wonderful, and the hot tub notch. It is a great house for families and children. TV's in most rooms, including the outdoor tv by the hot tub. We can't wait to go back!

We loved staying at this fully renovated house! The pool and hot tub were incredible. Everything was clean and perfect on our arrival. It's also just a five minute drive to Nauset Beach which was incredible! The owner is great! Very attentive and replies promptly. I highly recommend and plan to book again!

Long Weekend in Orleans with Family
The house was all just renovated, all new kitchen, baths and floors. All beautifully done. The heated hot pool and hot tub made those less than perfect cape cod weather days so enjoyable. I've stayed at several rentals and this was truly one of the best. We had a large party of 12 and everyone who needed their own space had it. The location is also perfect, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and shopping. The host was very accommodating and responsive can't wait to go back!
