"Apparemment bien situé facile à trouver. Linge de lit et toilette fourni. En grosse période hivernale nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse qui doit être agréable à la belle saison.Quelques points pourraient être améliorés : le micro-ondes n’était pas fonctionnel. Un des radiateurs du séjour ne chauffait pas. Les rideaux du séjour couvrent les radiateurs, ce qui n’est pas très sécurisé."

"Le propriétaire était difficilement joignable. Les clefs n’étaient pas disponibles à 16h mais à 18h30 et nous avons été prévenus à 16h05 de cela. Le ménage n’était clairement pas effectué à notre arrivée. Les taies d’oreillers étaient sales et installées à l’envers. Les tables de chevet sont des morceaux de bois calés entre sommier et matelas, elles ne tiennent donc pas du tout. Nous avons trouvés des moutons sous le lit. La douche et les WC étaient sales. Pas de papier toilettes à l’arrivée…...

"A beautiful apartment near the river and the city centre. The apartment has a lot of space, ideal for 4 peoples. Perfect condition of all the structure. Only the parquet floor is noisy, you cannot understand if you are disturbing people living below. A nice holiday."

"This apartment was absolutely fine for our one night stop- over in Orleans. Communication with the property manager was good and he was there to meet us with the key and show us where to park and around the property at 7pm as arranged. The property was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that we needed."

"Appartement confortable (4 chambres et 2 salles de bain) mais il n'y a pas de climatisation ni ventilateur (pour une appartement dit luxueux, il manque des prestations)uniquement qu'un 1 jeu de clé dû la difficulté de pouvoir partager avec d'autres personnes (collègues ou familles).il n'y a pas de volets ni de moustiquaires aux fenêtres.Transports en commun a proximité (tramway et bus).commerces de proximité (2 mn à pieds)."

"My visit was short, but I would have liked to have stayed longer. Everything was great, except parking is not ideal. It’s an easy walk to a lot of wonderful things to see and do. They have a wonderful Welcome packet in English and French, however, it was inside the apartment. I would have loved the information ahead of time on how to enter the property and parking options. Being a tired traveler, arriving in the rain, and during a busy time of day made for a difficult entry process. There...

"Host only spoke French while website states English too. Made communication extremely difficult. We didn’t receive entry instructions till 2 hours after check-in. parking instructions did not come until the next day so had to ask neighbors where to park. The only way we got in was a helpful neighbor and the maid who was hour late cleaning the unit. The cleanliness was very poor- shower was black with mold inside and out . Moldings were grimy and pigeons were roosting on the deck . Complained to...
