Ormoc can look a little run down, which is way only 4 stars for the area around the property. Actual stay at the hotel was wonderful. Staff was kind and room was clean. Overall, 5 starts. Would recommend.

Not booking this hotel again. Not a good place to stay and relax! Noisy, windows aren’t closing and your information aren’t safe either! Staff are nosy. Be careful!

stayed 1 night for our group to get early trip going back to cebu after a long trip from Kalanggaman island. hotel was conveniently few minutes walking distance to the pier. it has a large family room, ac was excellent and water pressure was good with hot and cold. hotel was fairly new. however, it wasnt sound proof enough to hear a nearby basketball game happening that night. staff was courteous. would recommend.

Right in the heart of the port. Great location to walk to anything you want to see in Ormoc. There were basketball games going on until 11pm while we were there with big speakers pointed right at our windows. It was very loud. The staff were friendly and helpful. Trike rides are just 10p anywhere around the area and you can get in one right out the front door. Very safe building and the most modern hotel in the area. If you want a pool, just take a 5 minute ride to Sabin and pay for a day pass. This place is much nicer than Sabin to stay. We stayed at Sabin for 4 nights following our stay here and we should have just stayed here and paid for day passes to swim at Sabin.
