You’ll be staying just steps from the beach and within half a mile of parks and scenic walking trails. The outdoor pool is open year-round, and we’ve equipped you with beach chairs, a beach cart, and pool toys—just pack your swimsuit and sunscreen!

Your accommodations are designed for restful nights. Your 2 inviting bedrooms each have a plush queen bed with views: one of the beach from the window, the other overlooking the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen ensures you can prepare meals with ease. You’ll find:
- Full-sized appliances: oven with glass stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, and countertop icemaker
- A wide selection of cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware
- Small appliances: Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, hand mixer, and blender

We provide all the essentials:
- Pillows, linens, blankets, and starter paper products for each guest
- Shampoo, body wash, cleaning supplies, dishwasher pods, laundry pods
- One set of towels and beach towels per guest, with additional sets available upon request

We provide pool towels, beach chairs, pool noodles, and beach toys - we only ask that you rinse them of sand and salt water and dry them before storing!

The full-sized bathroom features a shower-tub combination and a 1600-watt hair dryer for your convenience.

**Parking Note**: To ensure everyone has ample space, we cannot accommodate motorcycles, trailers, or commercial trucks. Each reservation allows up to 2 vehicles.

*Volusia County and Florida State are installing a seawall for protection of A1A and properties along the beach. As of April 2025 work has been completed near our building and a beach walkway has been replaced.
