Beautiful, peaceful OCEAN FRONT COTTAGE directly on the ocean!

Relax at our unique oceanfront beach house directly on the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Sit on the porch, overlooking a lush grass yard from where you can see the white beach sand and listen to the sounds of the sea! Spend your days sunbathing and swimming on one of Florida's most pristine beaches. Conveniently located, our beach house is just the place for a secluded, carefree vacation. We welcome all ages and pets with games, cards, beach toys and reading material.

Our 2 bedroom/2bath, beachfront home has a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The MB bedroom features a king-size bed, a full bath with a deep tub and a stand free dresser. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed & full bath with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have abundant storage/closet space. There is a daybed in the living room to accommodate an additional guests. Finally we have also provided a queen-size blow up mattress. Enjoy cable TV/WIFI on our flat screen television. We provide luxurious linens and thick fluffy towels, as well as plenty of large beach towels. We have a Keurig, a regular 12 cup coffee pot and all the comforts of your kitchen at home. There is a stack washer and dryer in the home as well.
The pergola is comfortably furnished, including a barbecue grill, and there is an outdoor shower for your use after enjoying the beach.
The dining area will seat 4-6 comfortably, whether you choose to barbecue, cook or order takeout.
Publix grocery store is directly across the street along with convenient shops. There are also plenty of dining options, such as Outback, Stonewood, Lulu’s, Riptides, Peach Valley and tons of amazing pizza places. Some are within walking distance as well. For fresh seafood to grill or take out there is Hull’s, a short distance away.
Daytona is a short drive south along A1A where you have Ocean Walk (dining, movies, shows...) Daytona Lagoon Water Park and Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. If you are interested in day trips there is
Flagler Beach and St. Augustine, just north of the cottage, where you will find great shopping, delicious food, interesting history & people and plenty of fun for everyone!

Beach House

This is a cute beach house with a spectacular ocean view fro the back yard. We loved being able to see the ocean from the living room windows and take a walk right to the beach. The beach decor is perfect for this house.

A beautiful place to stay, wonderful on-shore location, with amazing access to the beach, soothing ocean sounds and fabulous local attractions to visit. There is lots to do and great places to eat as well as just comfort and accessible facilities in the house itself. The management of the place is also generous and caring. Totally recommended.

Gem of a place with a great host

This is a hidden gem. The place feels like home and the property’s backyard opening to a beach, it’s just paradise. The property is well maintained and very clean. The host Ginger, is one of the best host we had. Very personal touches with gifts, chocolate and wine was just amazing.

AHHHMAZING

This property is absolutely beautiful! Ginger was such a great host and was very available with everything we needed. Some of my best family memories made here! We stayed here over Easter weekend and the beach was so clean and not very crowded. She has everything you need for the beach also!!! Towels, chairs, boards!!! So convenient! Great location close to shopping and eating!!!

GREAT PLACE TO RELAX!!!!!

In these times of mega mansions and high rise condos its nice to have a quiet little cottage by the water. We loved our stay! Great location!!! Right on the water which is hard to find!! Clean and comfortable. My dog loved the yard and we loved playing with her there. Very relaxing!!! Host was nothing but helpful!!

Comfy, cozy, clean beach home

Family had a wonderful time. It's a spacious two bedroom, two bath home. Four adults and two teenagers slept comfortably. The home is well supplied with things to do. Board/card games in the evenings and boogey/surf boards, cornholes, beach bikes, etc. for the day. Loved having the back yard/patio where we could sit in the mornings to have coffee and in the evenings to have our cocktails. Conveniently located next to grocery/shopping center with the comforts of a private beach. Hosts/owner were friendly, attentive, and very hospitable. Couldn't ask for a better short family get away. We will definitely be back!!

Oasis on the beach

We could not have asked for anything more. From perfect weather to the perfect oasis, to the most amazing property manager I have ever been in contact with. I am a real estate broker and have stayed in several VRBO’s, but Meghan is the absolute best. She took care of our every need, she went above & beyond. She made sure the home was clean and sanitized and took extra precaution to make sure it was safe for my family during this pandemic, she is AMAZING. I can’t say enough good things about Meghan. The property itself is cute as can be, everything you need is there; beach towels, sunscreen, beach toys, bicycles, beach chairs, etc. name it & it’s provided. This was a family vacation with my son & his family and we had the most amazing experience. We definitely plan to come back.

From our very first interaction, Ginger, our host, was the epitome of warmth and professionalism. Her attention to detail was exceptional, from the seamless booking process to the moment we (regretfully) concluded our stay. Perfect location!

My husband, our adult son and his girlfriend stayed 2 nights at this very cute beach bungalow with our dog Bubba. Everyone had a fantastic time. Easy check in and the place was super clean and inviting. Fantastic ocean views from the living room and easy walk to the beach. Nice grass lawn for some toss and games. No cooking but kitchen seemed outfitted fine with nice dining space for 4.

This cottage is all about the ocean. So lovely to wake up to ocean views. Such a quiet beach and so easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

With mixed feelings

I'll start with great access to beach. Inside house is really cute. I had to wash the windows at back inside and out, could hardly see thru them. The kicker: the condo to left is undergoing a remodel so daily the concrete saw and drills was horrible to the point you couldn't even use the back porch, yard, anything. It was loud inside, too! Then, around 8PM the hotel to the right has late pool hours so loud music, screaming kids, fireworks, yelling, etc. every night. The next time I rent a house, it's going to be with other houses, not between a remodel job on a condo and a loud hotel. The house was really cute inside but there are no windows that can drown out that kind of noise over a 24 hours period. Perhaps it was timing? Thinking not, but won't know. I told the manager yesterday we were leaving a day early - sheets were washed, dried, and put back on beds - still haven't heard from her more than 24 hours later. Nothing. That was disappointing. Anyway, we won't be going back to this house even though the beach access is great.
