This oceanfront vacation rental boasts easy and direct access to quiet Ormond Beach, a shared community pool, and sundeck overlooking the ocean, along with a cozy patio to admire the ocean views. With space to spread out inside this ground-floor condo, you can also enjoy the easy and direct walk right out to the beach!

Located on Ormond Beach in between Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach, there are countless options for restaurants and activities such a mini-golf, jet-skiing, and shopping. Local to Ormond Beach is The Casements, a historic home you can tour and learn about the area's past. This vacation rental is located in a peaceful area, but many attractions are a within a short drive!

Please note: The building is currently undergoing a roofing project, anticipated to be completed by April 1st, 2024. During this time, guests may experience occasional noise associated with the construction. Additionally, overflow parking may be temporarily reserved for construction vehicles and equipment. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Too expensive for what this is

Musty smell when we walked in… probably the carpet which should never be at a beach house. Floor wasn’t clean and vacuumed was so old no heavy I couldn’t get it to work. We were there 6 weeks and made it livable but thought it should have many updates and be cleaned properly before another guest comes in. Mgmt there was very nice, but we were not utilizing the property mgr but Vacasa. You have to call and they do respond to fix things but you have to follow up. I was told due to having to buy a swifter t9 clean the property floors and other supplies to make the musty smell go away, I’d get a 1 day refund. I won’t see that as Imhave called 2-3 times and I’m just told they will escalate my complaint. Overall we made it livable and the area is quiet but this unit needs updating and some new items to get rid of the old stained th8ngs.
