It doesn't get any closer to the Ocean than this. You feel as if you are on an ocean cruise in this ARTIST OWNED design mix of South Beach and urban Bali NEW 7th floor direct oceanfront 2 BR / 2 bath condo/ home. Wake up to some of the most amazing views you will ever experience in this luxury spa inspired condo! Once you get a taste of life in this amazingly luxurious ocean sea home you will never want to leave!!

This condo is located in ultra convenient Ormond by the Sea (No Drive Beach!) with many shops and restaurants with in walking, biking or very short driving distance. Only minutes from Daytona and all its attractions you can escape to a serene world of your own right here. Day trips to Orlando are popular if you have children as we are only 50-60 minutes north east of Disney, Universal, etc. and 40 minutes South of historic St. Augustine. Internationally recognized art festivals are popular in the area during the Spring and the local farmers markets will delight!

Complete luxury including large Oceanside hybrid salt water pool, private beach, full brand new gourmet kitchen, washer/ dryer, free wifi, 65" wall mounted Smart HDTV in LR, 55" flat screen Smart HDTV wall mount in Master and 42" in bedroom 2 etc.etc at an affordable price. Words can’t express about Susan or the condo - I don’t know which was more beautiful! The view was exquisite and in a quiet part of ormond beach which was so nice. Susan was most accommodating and helpful. We even had snacks/ drinks on the counter when we came in late the first night. There is honestly nothing she missed. The only thing you need are your clothes. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Every kitchen small appliance and pans, bowls, utensils, etc.. blow dryers and shampoos - she thinks of everything!! And the condo. Wow. The decor and the peace and calm you feel when you walk in until you leave. Indescribable. I am so thankful she has chosen to share her treasure with us. It was just what we needed. We honor that and you! Thank you Susan!

We had everything we needed or wanted in the condo and every drawer and cabinet were so well organized. Not like some that looked like the host made a trip to the thrift store just to load up. Everything was exceptional. Even the beds were comfortable. As for Susan, the host, her communication was thorough, detailed and frequent. Nothing left to guess about. We have rented in the same facility and this was by far the best experience. She made getting into the unit a breeze. Susan went well beyond expected by providing local and favorite dining spots. Not just names and locations but mentioned the menus and what she liked about the facility. We only hope it is available the next time we want to stay in Ormand Beach.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed condo with amazing oceanfront views! I only wish we stayed longer! The condo is in a perfect location…close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and it has its own private beach. We even got to see dolphins close to the shoreline the day we checked out! Susan was so welcoming and helpful, and really just wants her guests to feel comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!

Paradise at Sea loft

If you don’t book this amazing condo, you are seriously missing out! From the moment I booked our VRBO to the unfortunate minute that my family and I left, everything my was seamless and perfect. The Sea Loft is everything you could want in a perfect beach vacation. If you forgot something, don’t worry because it’s in the condo. The owner had everything and anything that you would need for the perfect day at the beach. My family and I were very impressed with all of the art work in the condo. We will definitely book our next beach vacation with Mrs. Susan!

Perfect Getaway!

Property owner was incredibly helpful, excellent communication! Condo was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. View is spectacular! Can’t say enough positive things about this stay, plan to book again as soon as we have time for another visit.

Quiet Condo and Beach! Family Friendly!

We’ve never had a beach week that was as peaceful and quiet as Ormond Beach! This is a strip of private beaches so there’s no partying and just a few families spending time at the beach! Top notch for a relaxing vacation. Susan is an excellent host giving us loads of recommendations for restaurants and fun, and taking care of any question or concern! Beautiful condo! Highly recommended!

Everything about our stay was easy peasy, from booking to checkout. The place is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the view can't be beat. The host thought of every possible need when furnishing this condo for guest. Speaking of the host, she responded to every question within minutes and provided us with a plethora of information that made our stay so easy and she was just a sweetheart. We will be booking again!

Excellent in every category

First class from beginning to end. Host quickly establishes communication as soon as you reserve. The check in and out process is clear and easy. The property is better than the listing describes. The condo is directly on a great section of the beach. The pool was a little cold during our stay because the condo shades it in the afternoon. Nobody cares about the pool temperature when the beach is perfect. Thank you for letting my family enjoy your property. We look forward to visiting again next year!

Perfect Location

This is our second time to stay here. Wonderful property exactly as described. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, great views and close to good food and some shopping. Easy access to Daytona too. Susan is easy to work with and very responsive with tons of great info about the area. Hope to be back soon.

Perfect beach condo

My friends and I grew up in Florida and have been taking beach trips for years. This is our favorite condo we’ve ever stayed at. The views are amazing and the unit was so clean and spacious. Susan was a great host, we’d love to come back!

Ormond Beach beauty!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Susan, our Hostess was wonderful, the unit was as described and clean. She was able to get us in early and her suggestions for food was solid! We will be back!
