There is a large pool area that offers plenty of private space to sunbath before enjoying the pristine pool. Fast or slow pace there is plenty to see and do for the whole family. You will definitely work up an appetite and will be ready to grill up some amazing meals from the local fish markets. If you prefer to dine out there are plenty of options all within 5 miles. Just a ten minute drive to Daytona International Airport and Daytona Raceway. Historic Saint Augustine is approximately a half hour away. or surprise the kids with a day at the magical world of Disney, less than a 1 hour drive south from your stay.
For your shopping pleasure, check out our local home town shops or the Tanger Outlets are less than 15 minutes away.


House rules/policies:

- Must be at least 23 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- Check in time: 3 pm
- Check out: 10 am

- Keyless Entry Code upon Check-in and can be set for an automatic delayed lock if requested

- Absolutely no smoking inside the house or the deposit will be forfeited

- Smoking only permitted outdoors and guest will be responsible for disposing of filters and discard ashes. Please do not discard filters into the yard or around pool.

- Pets are allowed with consent from the owner and $75 in additional cleaning fees that must be paid in advance

- No unauthorized events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at the house

- Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep the noise level down after 11pm.

- Additional guest outside original reservation is prohibited without owners consent and each guest will incur an additional $50 fee per night

- The bedroom off from kitchen is locked and is not to be used during your stay unless consent is specifically given and arranged by the owners.

- It is the adult guest / parents responsibility to ensure the safety of any children around the house and pool.

-The gates to the pool area and back yard are to remain closed and locked at all times to ensure everyone’s safety and that no unauthorized or accidental access to the pool area can occur.

- *NOTE: Your safety matters. There is a Arlo security camera, located next to the front door and two Arlo cameras on the side of the house, facing the street and on the pool area both facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces * If privacy is an issue the owner will gladly allow guest to disconnect pool side camera during stay*
