Relaxing Beach Condo with breathtaking sunrise views

Small friendly beach community nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Halifax river. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean on your own double patio. Spend an afternoon fishing in the surf, kayaking in the Halifax river or just relaxing the in the oversized pool. Take an evening bike ride to the local hang, Laggerheads for drinks and dinner. Within an 80 mile drive is Disney, Universal, Blue Springs, Nasa, Daytona, Flagler, New Smyrna, Historic St Augustine, Ponce Inlet Jetty and dozens of different beaches to explore. The unit is 2 BR 2 BA ground floor with designated parking for easy access. The pool is only steps away from the patio. The unit is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, linens and boogie boards. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, blender, toaster and dishwasher. Unit includes wifi and cable. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Sorry No pets or smoking is allowed and trailers and RV's are not allowed to park on the property.

May 1- Oct 31 is turtle nesting season. guest are not allowed to have patio lights on at dark. Campfires are not allowed on the beach during season.

Nicely decorated, good amount of cooking items. Hostess was very nice and helpful. Everything worked as described. Would come again.

Beautiful ocean views

This condo across from the ocean was the perfect place for us to spend the winter months. The ocean is right outside the windows. Donna and John did a wonderful job decorating and supplying everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We definitely plan to come back. Pat and Larry
