"Thought that it was a beach facing room but was not. Place is a time share property and not a real hotel Staff made me feel like i was an annoyance. Overall disappointing experience. Nice beach though. "

"I ❤️’d this place! Definitely a hidden gem. There is a hotel property right in front of the Holiday Inn that is in disarray. The Holiday Inn is in back of that and it’s a wonderful place inside and out would highly recommend staying here because of the location especially the location is so close to many things I came here for bike week ‘26 and I will be returning here. Check in was easy and staff was wonderful. For as loud as the motorcycles can be when you’re in your room, you don’t hear a thing. Very clean modern and the room lighting was exceptional."

"My husband and I had our kids and grandkids stay at this property and nobody wanted to leave after a week. It was clean, the location was absolutely amazing and the layout of the home was fantastic. When I had a question they quickly responded and handled the minor issue right away. 10/10"

"Ocean view is beautiful if you don't have neighbors at the place between this place and the ocean. Neighbors will leave outdoor lights on all night and park blocking all window views for rest of stay. We made use of our garage access and parked inside, vehicle was safe inside during rough weather.Home was clean if you don't have a problem vacuuming up ants at least 2x a day. Main ant issues were by big front window and in closet of main bedroom. Easy small vacuum battery was dead with no charger in sight. Had to use big bulky thing. 2x a day, everyday.Home is complete with everything you need for stay, we definitely over packed.Beach was beautiful and generally quiet with easy access to enjoy."

"I have stayed in the complex a few times but this was the first time in this unit. It has easy pool access in a quiet residential area. Hosts were kind and quickly responded when we had an inquiry. They left a great binder filled with local recommendations. I recommend this listing!"

"The house was spacious but the furniture very used. The lock key pads never worked and we had to be trading keys all weekend. Pool was very dirty even after the weekly service. The floor of the pool needed to be cleaned and the surface had many items not skimming off. It was very loud with the busy road in front at night but the main noise was a gurgling all day/night from the pool equipment. We could all hear it throughout the house. It was wonderful being across the street from the beach and just down the street from our family we were visiting. We thought the price was a lot for the value/condition of the house. "
