"Not impressed"

"On arrival it wasn't exactly clean but then day after daily clean was great, Staff is friendly but one in particular was had a communication breakdown. Balcony and view was amazing but the neighbours was making noises a few times even once late at night waking us up 3am. Hot tub was great. Cons side is the ceiling shower and a body shower was bad, wasn't strong and leaking. Not alot of food options in the hotel area. Mainly bathroom is an issue. Bed was rock hard but didn’t exactly bothered...

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. The entire property was incredibly clean, and the facilities were in great condition.A huge thank you to the front desk team, who were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our trip. As for the breakfast, it was okay, but it definitely has room for improvement with more variety or fresher options. Overall, the excellent service and cleanliness made this a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"
