"This hotel is supposed to be renovated. We were not told and until it is rooms should NOT be sold. Our experience was absolutely horrible. Alarms going off, horrible room conditions, dirty and so much more. The Hotel Manager confirmed when we were checking out to give us a complete refund and said "consider it done." Unfortunately, he did not live up to his word and we did not have anything in writing. He further explained that he was only there 4 months and prior to him they did NOT have a manager and the staff was running the hotel. Filed a complaint and will never stay at ANY Holiday Inn & Express. Too bad they did not live up to their word and even admitted how bad our experience was at the hotel."

The swimming pool, spa, fireplace kivas, and amazing lighting at night created an outstanding atmosphere and made the outdoor space a highlight of the trip.Overall, the property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described.
