"Nice shampoo, comfy beds. Second floor not convenient with dogs. Window cannot be opened so you quickly have very unhealthy levels of CO2 in the room. Only solution is to leave the door open. Not sure why two pets lead to double the cleaning time compared to just one pet. "

"the entire site was covered in ice - the outside rooms such as 306 where I stayed I slipped and fell at 7:30am Saturday morning - went to the office too report this and it was like a who cares attitude - I asked if they could please put some salt down - left for the day and upon my return at 8:15pm the same night NO salt had been spread on all the ice "

"In order to access an outlet so i could plug in my laptop i had to pull out the desk and the room was marketed as "accessible" I was at the end of a long hallway near some industrial components and there were contractors working outside the room for a coupke of hours. Ok stay but felt lije i was an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. "

"Idk about pets, i was waiting to the breakfast open at 7 and won't open. Then I left at 8 a.m and still closed, In the sign by the door say 7 a.m until 10 a.m the breakfast. If I paid I must to had my breakfast. Another thing i cannot sleep peaceful, i heard to much stuff around, children cry, teenage fight, adult scoring. I never will come back! "
