On Thursday, February 12th, our car wouldn’t start as we were trying to leave. My 81-year-old husband went inside to ask for help, and a staff member came out immediately with an incredible attitude of service. I unfortunately missed his name, but his helpfulness was outstanding: he noticed a nut was missing from the battery/engine, went back inside to find one, and brought out another technician or mechanic who was also exceptionally kind and professional. "This was a very family friendly holiday inn express. The indoor pool, games in the lobby, cookies, free breakfast were all hits with my kids. The rooms were good enough for the price and it was also dog friendly, so we were excited to bring our small shiba inu. The drive to leavenworth is short and convenient, so overall this was a very great value hotel for a short family getaway. "
