VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF ORONDO, COUNTY OF DOUGLAS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. $250 fine per violation (thousands more for burn ban violations) 2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee 3. Immediate eviction
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES: For security purposes, we have five outdoor cameras that overlook the main entrance points to the home, back deck, back yard and pool. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.
PETS NOT ALLOWED: Riley Estates is not pet friendly. Please note, however the house is not pet free. The owners, who use the home occasionally, have a non-hypoallergenic dog.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND: There is extreme fire danger in this area, and we kindly ask for no smoking anywhere on the property
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS: Up to five vehicles and two trailers (boat, jet ski, or snowmobile) are allowed. RV’s are not allowed if guests will be sleeping in the RV during your reservation. Please note the driveway to the home is a gravel driveway and part of the road to the home is a dirt road.
HOT TUB AND POOL MAINTENANCE: Hot tub and pool maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season. *If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: 1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking 2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID 3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported. *Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

I try to visit home at least once a year and it is very hard to find a nice place to stay. So very happy to see this very beautiful property availble to us. Perfect location, half way between Chelan and Wenatchee. Peaceful and gorgeous setting. Home was very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Weather cooperated and we were able to use the pool. My husband got to spend his birthday with friends because it turns out their property is so close you can see it from the Riley Estate. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us. Looking forward to coming back.
Beautiful place! Plenty of space for our large family to spread out (10 adults and children). The beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of tableware, pans and appliances. We really appreciated the coffee and tea setup. Everyone enjoyed the fireplaces both inside and outside. Kids and adults had fun with the game room. And the whole house was decorated lovingly for the holidays. We were so excited to see the trees and all the seasonal decorations-it was so welcoming! Highly recommend staying here. And communication is fantastic. We had no problems, but when snow delayed our leaving, we knew exactly what to expect. Would happily spend another vacation here!
This house is as lovely as the pictures show. Very open and spacious. Plenty of room for our 4 teenage/young adult kids, my mother-in-law and sister-in-law, and my husband and I.
The pool was by far our favorite part. It's a great size, warm, has a cool blue night light and a salt chlorinator system, which we *really* appreciated. The basketball hoop was a lot of fun, and the pool house had plenty of floatie options, plus umbrellas to put out on the patio. (Please note there is a deep end for littles.) The back of the house also faces west, and we saw beautiful sunsets every night. We also really enjoyed listening to the crickets and frogs at night.
The house itself had all the amenities you could think of. The space downstairs was perfect for our teen/young adult kids to hang out in.
There are only a few notes to share, though none would sway us from staying there again or change our positive review.
1. When the sprinklers are on (in the 7-8pm hour range), the water pressure in the house is almost non-existent. We just waited it out.
2. There's a clear window in the master shower that is higher up, though is a direct shot to the neighbor's house up the hill. There is some good space between, but there's an older guy that lives up there and with a pair of binoculars he could easily see directly into the shower at a downward angle. It's a dual side shower, so I just showered on the one side.
Fantastic property! Tons of amenities & games. Pool was awesome with lots of pool toys. We used the outdoor kitchen and large kitchen upstairs with plenty of space for our large family dinners. Lots of room for each family to relax and have their own space. We brought a boat and used the boat launch 5 minutes away. Hosts were great and always quick to respond. We cannot wait to book our annual family trip here again next year!
I booked this house for a buddies golf trip; it's close to Gamble Sands and right around the corner from Desert Canyon. Awesome house with a great view and everything you might need for a night grilling by the pool. Hope to be back soon. And if you're an early to bed type, the loft above the garage is a perfect enclave to get some rest while everyone else hangs in the basement.
