"The property is exquisite, no doubt. Very unique building and room that has kept some of the original building characteristics. Couple big issues though. First, the Wi-Fi is totally unusable, at least in the room we reserved. Was told it was normal because of the old stones used in buildings. If that’s the case, they should have a mesh network or a better solution than whatever they have now because we legit couldn’t get things to load and were told there was no internet at times by sites....

The villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the pool quickly became the kids’ best friend throughout the holiday. The old town of Rethymno was just a 20-minute drive away. "Fantastic and quite place, nice house, pleasant hosts. Fully equipped kitchen. Local products in the fridge...... red and white vine, raki, eggs, fruits, vegetables and sweets. Nice garden and the pool with clear water. Triopetra beach 5 minutes by car"

" Very basic for an all guys trip. Somewhat run down. Parking is a challenge. But if you don’t plan to spend time in your room or in the hotel, it is ok. Centrally located. "

"Das Hotel ist eigentlich ein Traum. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, dafür alles andere nicht so. Hier dürfte etwas mehr gemacht werden. Leider auch beim Pool. Mit sehr wenig könnte man da etwas wundervolles machen! Die Lage fanden wir super! Einfach nur Ruhe pur! Wir würden da wieder hin."
