The villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the pool quickly became the kids’ best friend throughout the holiday. The old town of Rethymno was just a 20-minute drive away. "This was exactly the space we needed after a small apartment in Athens. House is a nice size for 2 adults and 3 kids. Girls loved the yard and the kid toys provided. The pool was too cold to swim in much in May, but was nice to have. The location is great, it feels so private and remote, but is a short drive to some great beaches. It was nice to have a tub to bath the kids. A couple of things would have made my stay even better, a larger pillow selection, pillows were very firm; provide beach...
