Vermieter sind sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings liegt das Apartement teilweise unter Bodenniveau (dunkel). Es besitzt mattierte Fenster, so dass die anderen Mitbenutzer der Terrasse nicht reinschauen können.
