"The room was clean and the front desk person was pleasant and helpful. A couple of things would be helpful: a brief description about how to run the Roku tv. I’m not familiar with Roku and couldn’t find the main networks.
A list of where to eat in Oroville and the hours. We arrived near 8 pm on a Saturday night and the places we saw online were closed. A little local knowledge is helpful.
Overall a very pleasant stay."
"Place was spotless and so comfortable. This is an amazing place with everything you need. We will be recommending this place to anyone going out that direction. Truly a beautiful place to relax. Really appreciated the minimal tasks for checkout. Great to be at a place that actually uses the cleaning fee and not burdening the customer with extra tasks as they are trying to leave."
"Lovely accommodations. Peaceful neighborhood! Off season, you do hear the booms from the orchards. Lots of stairs but well worth the hike.Neighbors brought cherry tomatoes and Italian prunes!! So delicious and we had just been talking about getting some. Total win!!!"

"Our family has rented homes for over 20 years all over the PNW. We always look for space, a pool and now a place for all 5 grandkids. This place exceeded our expectations. The bunk room was a favorite spot for all the kids! The two kitchens were exactly what we needed as well. The view was amazing despite the fires in our state. Some of us went golfing in Canada and it was so quick and easy to do so.Out of all our homes we have rented this is in my top two.I hope to return soon"

"I just wish I could give more stars. My family had the most fun and relaxing time! The property is beautiful, comfortable, and was so well-stocked and thought out it made it everything easy. Becky is a uniquely wonderful hostess- the communication was top tier and she runs her business with so much integrity and care. We fished, kayaked, played with the pups, watched movies, played games, slept in, cooked and baked, ate together, and made life-long memories in perfect comfort and ease. This property is truly put together with family and pets in mind and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you for everything, Becky. We hope to book again next summer "
"Property was immaculate, lovely, comfortable furnishings, The host was very quick with responses to questions and help when contacted. We have rebooked this property for next year!"
