"Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Wohnung war sehr sauber als wir ankamen und die Entfernung zum Strand mit dem Auto war sehr gut machbar. Man hat von der Terrasse einen schönen Ausblick über das Dorf und kann dort wunderbar die Abende ausklingen lassen. Vor allem die Klimaanlage war ein Lebensretter. "Wir waren mit zwei Familien (jeweils zwei Erwachsene und zwei Jugendliche im Alter von 14 und 17 Jahren) in diesem Haus und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die zwei getrennten Wohneinheiten bieten viel Privatsphäre, während die gemeinsame Küche im unteren Bereich und der große Tisch auf der Terrasse genügend Platz für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten bieten.Unsere Jungs haben vor allem den Pool und die Tischtennisplatte täglich genutzt.Am Pool sind auch genügend gute Liegen.Insgesamt gibt es viel Platz und Bewegungsfreiheit für alle.Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm unaufdringlich. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und der Müll entsorgt – ein toller Service.Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, besonders bei Sonnenaufgang. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich und ruhig. Die nächste größere touristische Stadt, Cagliari, ist etwa 1,5 Stunden entfernt.Der Strand ist wunderschön: breit, mit flach abfallendem Einstieg und kristallklarem Wasser. Dort gibt es außerdem zwei Strandbars, in denen man entspannt etwas trinken kann. Zu Fuß ist der Strand in etwa 30 Minuten erreichbar, allerdings führt der Weg entlang der Straße und ist daher weniger attraktiv. Mit dem Auto ist man in etwa 5 Minuten dort. Am Strand gibt es zudem einen kleinen Supermarkt, und in der näheren Umgebung mehrere Restaurants.Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – ein tolles Haus, viel Platz und ein hervorragender Vermieter."

"We had a great opportunity to enjoy "la dolce vita".The beach is walking distance to the villa and beautiful. You can also go for long hikes in the mountains above the property. The town has a couple of restaurants and grocery shops only open in summer. Perfect base to explore the island, in a short week we visited: Cala di Pedra Longa, Grotta Su Marmuri, Cala Niedda, Spiaggia di Su Sirboni... And had lots of amazing pizza and ice cream!"

"Omu Axiu is exactly what we needed to get the feel of Sardinia. After how busy Cagliari was and even Costa Sud, it was a dream to get to the hotel and homestead. Monika and Claudia made us feel so welcome and fed us like royalty for dinner and breakfast. very rustic atmosphere which is what we were looking for. "

"The property was immaculate, both the inside and the garden were so clean and well looked after. The kitchen was well equipped with nearly new equipment and tableware. The property was positioned a very short walk from a small shop and the beach which was really convenient. There was a lovely pizza bar a short drive up the road as well. Maria was really helpful and check in was really straight forward. The pool was lovely and cleaned mid way through the stay. We were sad to leave, would defo recommend "

"We enjoyed our stay, excellent value for money, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, delicious evening meal ( you need to book ahead) with very local home made specialties that were very welcome after eating restaurant food for a week. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating including with my food intolerances. Hotel is well located to enjoy the cultural attractions nearby. I would have liked a mini fridge and a bigger shower but would happily stay here again. "
