"From check in to check out , staff member Guelena was so welcoming and helped us. She even offered to help us to carry our luggage upstairs as the lift was out of service , she was fantastic and fabulous , we need more people like her , so kind and helpful, always smiling. "Good location. Good room. Phone number of hotel was not working so make sure you arrive before 9 pm "

"We arrived late around 9pm from driving all day, the check in is through a machine you have to type in your reservation in a computer and it was fine just a lot extra to do, the rooms smelled like cigarettes, toilet very loud and we could hear everyone around us! The breakfast was okay, food options were good. It was super empty but good parking (free) and I would stay again if it was only for an overnight stay "

"Basic at best. Location is on the outskirts of town in a petrol station. Bit of a walk (15min) into the town. Breakfast was really poor. There was no lighting as overhead lights had failed. (I did see people working on them the previous night, but obviously did not fix them). We had cycled from London to Paris. No bike storage, but staff said we could keep them stored in a conference room downstairs. "

"Nice place, easy to find, very clean with complimentary tea! Stayed there with our family with three young kids and found it very nice and huge. Came there at night and been provided with very clear instructions of how to get the keys and how to get inside the hotel. "

"This hotel is 2 kilometres outside the centre next to a motorway exit so a car is a big advantage but there is an occasional bus into town. There isn't much to do or see in Noyon but the hotel is economical for the area so you can get around from there."
