"If you are looking for a place to stay in Gettysburg that is quiet, scenic, and away from the busy downtown, this is it. We stayed here for a weekend and completely fell in love with the property. The lodges are super cozy, clean, and private, complete with a fireplace and a porch with rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee while looking out over the trees. It’s set on a gorgeous piece of land. the whole vibe is just so relaxing. It’s just a short drive into town to see the sights or grab dinner, but it feels worlds away in the best way possible. Highly recommend whether you're touring the history, attending an event, or just want a peaceful weekend escape. We will definitely be back!"

"We were amazed at the quality of this motel. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The bathtub/shower was relatively new there were four good pillows on the very comfortable king sized bed. Considering the cost of the room, we were very impressed!"

"This is absolutely our favorite place to stay. We have stayed at various Vrbo rentals in the past and this has been our best experience!! We felt like we were at home and we didn't want to leave. The amenities were so welcomed. Everything we needed. The drinks in the refrigerator, snacks on the counter and fruit and candy on the table were so unexpected and made us feel hydrated and full after a long day of traveling. We also loved the kitchen as we cook all our meals for our health. The washer and dryer was nice for the one load of laundry we had. We loved the bathrooms. Also we grilled on the gas grill and ate outside one evening. The TV with both Directv and streaming services was a bonus for the late evening. We loved the area and will definitely be back to finish touring the National Parks close by the lovely farmhouse. Thank you to our wonderful host for this wonderful opportunity to stay in your farmhouse!! Brian and Bonnie"

"This property was perfect for a couple’s getaway. The host thinks of everything - lots of nice little touches throughout. Love the animals on property. So close to Gettysburg but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Would stay again!"
