"All 4 of us upon arrival were thrilled with the view. Our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. A Parisian lifestyle is what we wanted and what we received. We loved the park below and the sounds of children playing. The only inconvenience was that the lights in the first floor did not come on when coming in after dark. It felt a little uncomfortable for us. Over all we were very happy with our stay."

"Really enjoyed the neighborhood. 10 minute walk to several Metro stations. Very quiet area. The best bread/pastrie shop 2 blocks away. Laundry place 3 doors away from outside door. Many dining options close by. If you like walking, we walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Moulin Rouge. About 5 blocks away is a really nice street market with lots of fresh veggies, fruit, meats. Nice"

"The communication was quick and precise, the check in process was on time. The place was very cute, but as my partner and I are very tall, it was a little difficult to get around. They were also very accommodating when we had to cut the stay short. Thank you!"

"Lived like a local in true Paris suburbs, easy to get around, 10 mins from multiple metro spots. Place was clean and well presented with everything you needed for a home stay. The only thing I would mention was the bathroom smelt quite musty as long as I kept the door closed it didn’t bother me too much."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay! The apartment was an excellent location for us. The walk wasn't too far from the train station, the historic neighborhood is a definite plus, there are many restaurants to choose from and groceries nearby. The apartment has a divine view and is well appointed. Communication is excellent, check in and out was easy. Very comfortable and would love to stay again in the future."

"It was not what I expected. The small apartment is full of oversized furniture for the space. It's the owner's full time home and has his personal possessions everywhere. The bathroom was almost unusable and the portable AC hot air exhaust had to be vented out an open bathroom window. The location isn't bad and communications with the owner was good, but I would not stay in the apartment again."

"Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in this charming apartment! We were within a five minute walk to several metro stops, markets, cafes, and restaurants. Right across the street is the entrance to the covered passages, which was a nice option on the rainy days to get to a metro. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Apartment was decent in size and rustic as stated. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. We had six adults so rooms were a bit cramped but for sleeping mainly it was good enough. Host was great, very responsive. "

"True French bohemian experience so long as you can climb stairs. Good hot showers. We enjoyed the location, easy access to everywhere. But prob not for first time travellers. Nothing flash but a pleasant experience. Sylvain was pleasant and quick to respond."
