Très décevant !!!

Décevant tant sur l'accueil que les prestations proposées. Il a fallut relancer la conciergerie pour avoir les infos d'accès au logement, pour les recevoir qql minutes avant le début de la location. L'entrée est assez tardive et la boîte à clés n'est pas facilitante car le ménage a été fait dans les minutes précédant notre arrivée. (nous avons croisé les concierges et pour autant, nous avons été accueillis par la voisine peu commode). L'accès au SPA nous a été facturé 79€, pour profiter d'un SPA entre 17h et 21h puisque nous ne restions qu'une nuit. Le SPA était sale, beaucoup de dépôts verdâtres au fond de la cuve et sur les bords, avec les têtières qui ne tenaient pas et flottaient au milieu, odeur désagréable au delà des produits d'entretien de l'eau. La literie est très convenable par contre il ne faut pas prévoir de manger sur place. Matériel de cuisine très succinct et insuffisant pour 4adultes. PAS D'EGOUTTOIR, peu pratique pour faire la vaisselle. Poubelle cassée qui reste ouverte donc hygiène compliquée dans la pièce à vivre. Les murs mériteraient un coup de peinture. Radiateur verrouillé en mode chauffage alors qu'il faisait suffisamment chaud. Un des sièges pivotant de l'îlot était cassé et reste dans l'appartement, nous aurions pu nous blesser. Chambres et toilettes exigus. Si vous êtes trop grand, bonne chance. Très compliqué de stationner devant le logement, même qql minutes pour décharger enfants et valise. Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement
