"We had a lovely stay on the night of a concert at the o2. Was easy to get to via public transport and ubers. Shop, cafe and restaurant opposite and next to hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly too!"

"Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

"Overall was good. I think the 24 hour before key code system is so stressful, especially when the email they sent didn't include the passcode. We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. We finally could get our key passcode after we contacted the Accommodation Emergency number. The staff was very nice and she immediately email us the code. Despite this, the room 31 was...

"This apartment had it all you wish for. Microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher and much more. Reception 24/7 available. We were lucky to meet Fahrat and Daniella. Super friendly and gave us advice. Also got a snack-pack from them which was sweet. Location pretty cool as it's close to London City airport. With DRL you're in downtown London within 20 minutes. Absolutely would recommend this apartment to all who would like to visit London."

All the staff were absolutely amazing and made sure I was treated on my birthday, thank you so much! All the finishing touches in the room were lovely and the rooftop bar is amazing. "We had a 2 night stay here whilst attending a concert at the O2 for which it's perfect accommodation as it's so close. They have so many staff - even ones to press the lift buttons, and they are so professional. Every single one went the extra mile to make our stay special. We had room service food after the concert, of which there was lots of choice. Breakfast had everything imaginable on the menu. We'll be back when we visit the O2 again."

"This is such a cute little place close to transport. I didn’t want to be in the city center, but close enough to see everything. The breakfast was the best! Get room toward the front of you don’t lie the ambient noise of the train. The rooftop garden was gorgeous. I’d stay here again for sure"
