Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar 400 m, railway station 1.5 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.
1-room studio 40 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2023, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Alcove with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Small garden. Terrace furniture. Panoramic view of the lake. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Einmalige Lage, aber verbesserungswürdig
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Nahe am historischen Zentrum, aber gerade weit genug weg, um aus dem Trubel zu sein. Der See ist 30 Meter entfernt, das Haus hat einen eigenen Zugang zum See mit Liegestühlen, Badeleiter. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, die Möbel und Küche hat ihre beste Zeit hinter sich (Spülmaschine fehlte, Abzugshaube defekt, kaum Ausstattung). Leider war auch das Bad feucht (ggf. wegen des vielen Regens?). Wlan ist nur im Hausflur zu empfangen. Zum Glück war das Team vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer eine gute Lösung gefunden. Mit wenig Aufwand kann man hier wieder eine Traumunterkunft draus machen.

Einrichtung lässt zu wünschen übrig
Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus liegen traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. Es gibt beispielsweise kein Licht.Die Dunstabzugshaube würde wahrscheinlich noch nie gereinigt. An den Kühlschrank kommt man nur, wenn man zwei Türen aufmacht. Ein angebliches W-lan ist im Haus nicht vorhanden. Die Hauseingangstür ließ sich nicht schließen. Wir hatten ein bisschen den Eindruck, dass in den letzten Jahren keine Investitionen mehr stattfanden. Dafür wird aber immer noch ein hoher Preis für die Wohnung verlangt.

Tolle Lage, Apartmentausstattung sehr reduziert
Apartment "Selva" im Erdgeschoss war gemütlich aber sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Wenig Geschirr, keine Reinigungsmittel, Kehrblech / Besen oder ähnliches. Lage der Unterkunft ist super und sehr ruhig + Abendsonne im Vorgarten. Insgesamt haben wir eine gute Zeit verbracht.

Sehr gut gelegen, sauber und schön eingerichtet, aber nicht ganz vollständig ausgestattet
Die stilvoll eingerichtete und relativ ruhige EG-Wohnung hat ein kleines Gärtchen mit Abendsonne und Seeblick. Für Mieter reservierter kleiner Uferabschnitt mit Liegestühlen und Bootssteg, sehr schön. Parkmöglichkeit ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt, was aber angesichts der ufernahen Lage (und überhaupt der Platzverhältnisse auf der Halbinsel) völlig ok ist. Kleinigkeiten sind verbesserungsbedürftig: Badezimmertür schadhaft, keine Haken (weder im Flur noch im Bad); Geschirr und Besteck tlw. nur zweiteilig, obwohl die Whg. für 3 Personen angeboten wird; die Matratze des Diwanbettes sollte ausgetauscht werden; die Außenbeleuchtung war defekt. Achtung Nichtraucher: Für den Gasherd sind weder Anzünder noch Streichhölzer vorhanden. Spülmittel, Salz, Pfeffer usw. müssen mitgebracht werden. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!
