The staff all spoke perfect English, which I certainly don't expect when I travel abroad but it makes the stay much easier. We had a wonderful dinner and their restaurant that night and the second night we ate at a restaurant day recommended it was also excellent. We didn't lift a finger. The staff arranged for us to take a boat out on the lake, answered all of our questions, they really went above and beyond. We're going back next year and staying in the same hotel. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them an 11!"
