Exclusive Paradise 1, Villa Exclusive Paradise 2 and Villa Exclusive
Paradise 3) situated within private grounds. Guests have exclusive
access to 3 private swimming pools, making it an ideal retreat for
large groups who wish to stay together. With a total capacity to
accommodate up to 30 guests, these semi-detacheds offer the perfect
blend of privacy and shared spaces for a memorable vacation.

Living Room
Every villa in the Collection is fitted with an air-conditioned lounge,
complete with a dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi.
Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, offering guests the
opportunity to relax and soak up the sun's rays in comfort and style.

Kitchen
Each villa within the collection is accompanied by a fully equipped
kitchen, complete with air conditioning and an array of appliances,
including a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
Furthermore, each villa boasts an outdoor barbecue, providing the
perfect setting for al fresco dining.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Brilliant holiday from beginning to end. All 3 properties were of a high standard. To accommodate 27 of us was proving to be difficult, but the team made everything so easy and were always on hand if needed.
