Hotel is fantastic. The food was the best AI i have been to. Provided plenty options and accomodated for allergies amazingly! Staff couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel. And being 20 mins from airport is an added bonus. Also Sarigerme is a great village with shops, bars and restaurants.

The hotel is huge and is resting on an amazing land with lots of fruit trees and various flowers. It makes you feel like you are in paradise. I don’t usually prefer all inclusive resorts because of how crowded they feel and the quality of food is usually so so, but this place was pretty decent in terms of food and didnt feel crowded, likely due to its huge landmass. The most outstanding part of the hotel experience is though is the staff. From reception to kitchen to housekeeping, the entire staff is so kind and helpful. I hope they get compensated fairly because they make the hotel what it is.

The gardens were stunning although the area outside the hotel was very much a building site with little to do. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The a la Carte restaurants were lovely but for me the main dining hall was so busy and had the brightest lights so felt like you were at school. The lunch area was nice and I felt the food was nicer there.

I enjoyed the stay , the rooms are clean the food is the best. But the sea is not clear and had a lot of sea weeds . The swimming pool is nice and big there three or four. The hotel is a little bit crowded. The night shows and evening activity is poor.

The place is clean and well organised. Food is too much details and variety of them is available. There are multiple pools available with different purposes (for kids, adults, activities etc). The only downside I may mention is the premises need maintenance as it’s not a brand new one.

We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down.
