"INCREDIBLE! This was our favorite place in Italy, it was like living in a fairy tale. Beautiful view, wonderful restaurant, accommodations and service were above and beyond. Concierge went out of his way to be kind and make great recommendations for attractions in the area. He is the heart of the place and the family said talking with him was one of the highlights of the trip! The property was well thought out and immaculately maintained. If I had to give constructive feedback I would recommend changing out the shower head to an angled one that fit the scale of the shower better. "

"Villa Le Terrae is a beautiful home full of character and charm. It's spacious. Our seven family members slept comfortably. We visited in winter and were pleasantly surprised by the warmth and comfort of the house. There was one room on the first floor off the kitchen that had a slight draft, but the host arrived with an extra blanket, so that was not a problem for our stay at all. Any questions we had during our stay were immediately answered. Every restaurant, grocery and cafe recommendation from our host was absolutely wonderful. We love the surrrounding property. The bocce ball court provided hours of entertainment and the rosemary growing everywhere provided a lovely herbal extra to our pasta sauce one night. We used the nearby commuter train parking lot to do day trips to Rome and Florence during our stay. This villa and host made our family vacation so fantastic. Thank you!"

"The facility was in a beautiful location, and had plenty of room, although the kitchen was a little cramped. There were lots of mosquitoes due to some of the screens having holes. The beds need new sheets. The elastic was stretched and kept coming off the corners of the bed. The water in the shower kept getting hot and cold constantly. Other than the few minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and the view was spectacular!"

"Really lovely rustic property - location is excellent, only an hour drive from the airport yet so peaceful. The pool was absolutely amazing and cleaned daily by the owner so it was loved by all members of the family (even the 5 month old). Would really recommend for family’s looking for a getaway."

"Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. The views were stunning. The house was exactly what we needed. Nearby narni and terni were great for food and to visit, as is mamore falls and piediluco. Orvieto and lake bolsena are about an hour away and also highly recommend. We are sure to visit again in the coming years. "

Savonds een fijne verkoelende duik en daarna genieten van de stilte.Mario is de perfecte persoon die je met alles helpt en ook de bar, op 620 meter van het vakantiehuis, uitbaat.Vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid ten top.Wij komen zeker nog eens langs."

"We fully enjoyed our visit to the Casa Rosso. The house was just excellent for 2x adult couples. Well equipped and furnished with taste. When needed the air-con units in all areas functioned perfectly and silently.The hostess, Alexandra, spoke fluent English and was always when needed quick to answer any Qs we had. "
