"We stayed eight people in the house for nine days and had a wonderful time. The house was even better than in the pictures and the location was great for different day tours, a car is a must. Everything was nice and clean and Francesco cleaned the pool and the outside areas every morning. Overall a fantastic stay!"

"Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute per il nostro viaggio dei 100 giorni. Roberto è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. "Large family group with 8 adults and one infant. The villa was fabulous and very spacious and very well suited to the adults. A little challenging for the infant but we knew that from the accurate depiction. Very helpful team during stay and the cleaner on the middle weekend did a fabulous job."

"Very nice house and large garden incl pool! Excellent contact, help and info from Stefania and Francesco! Big pool, bikes, table tennis, basketball hoop, bbq, pizza owen, multiple outdoor sitting/dining areas, car parking, electrical gates, etc. Wifi a bit weak and hot water for 8 persons showers needs to be distributed. But still overall a 5 star house! Thank you!"
