The hotel could not have been more charming and yet with all the modern conveniences and decor. The restaurant was great for dinner and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise in that it went beyond the typical continental fare. Don’t miss the fresh orange juice machine!

We loved our stay there. The only thing it did not work was the WiFi in our room. We really enjoy the beautiful so rounding and the property amenities.

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities. Nice and helpful staff. Great location with few steps to the shops and restaurants.

The reception man was very Nice and warm welcoming. Our room was in third floor with balcony. We could see the mountain in the distance. Fantastic view. Room was very neat and clean. We also loved this hotel for the outdoor jacuzzi and for the reading room. If this was winter we would have been happy to be just next to the lift. In all we have had a nice stay and were very happy for this hotel

The best place to stay in the Dolomites, hands down!

Perfect location! In the middle of everything!

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 5 day ski holiday. It is perfectly built and furnished hotel. Easy ski out and ski in. It is made for deep relaxing and mountain enjoying. Staff vey friendly and helpful. Food very very delicious, bit pricey though. Internet could be faster. It is 10km far from first small village and store. All in all, I would come back anytime here.

We stayed for a week and, for the most part, it was very nice. The Wifi did not work in our room, it was very poor even in the lobby. It worked OK standing in the hallway. A techie friend was with us and he had an app that detects WiFi strength. The best Wifi is in the second floor stairwell. This would not have been all that important except we were motorcycling and using a web application to create our ride routes every day. No Wifi, no route so it was very frustrating. The hotel staff didn't...

Great place for vacation

Lovely location with amazing views of the valley below. We enjoyed the hotel very much. Staff was very friendly.

We had a great time at Engel Resort and Spa. We went for a long weekend but next year we are coming back for a week! Great activities for the kids at the mini club, Great pool, beatiful setting and amazing food!

Excelente hotel , spa completo .

Super nice, wish we’d stayed longer. Convenient location from Cortina city center.

A beautiful little hotel nestled in a rustic Alpine town. Charming lobby, bar and restaurant. Gracious friendly staff...family owned and operated. Provided us with very courteous service with personal attention and help with tourist information and restaurants. A place we will certainly hope to stay in the next time we return to the Merano area.
