Sono rimasto oltre 2 ore e mezzo sulle scale, a mezzanotte, dopo una giornata pesante, perché qualcuno aveva chiuso il portone di ingresso dall'interno. Ho provato inutilmente a mandare un messaggio, considerata l'ora, alla ragazza che si occupa della gestione. Non ricevendo alcuna risposta ho provato a chiamare e dopo alcuni squilli a vuoto ha spento il telefono. Allucinante! Nessun altro recapito fornito,...

"Très bon accueil. Très propre et bien chauffé. Grande disponibilité. Tout est fait pour satisfaire le client. Très belle vue sur la vallée. Le petit déjeuner est servi à table avec spécialités locales. Très bonne cuisine également avec des produits locaux. Très belle situation de l'hotel en plein coeur du géoparc de la Maiella facile d'accès. Je viens de France depuis plusieurs années. La région est fantastique et je teste de nouveau lieu d'hébergement. Celui-ci je le conseille à 100%"

"We arrived for check in to find nobody at the hotel. It took 5 phone calls and 1hour later for anybody to turn up to let us in. This understandably is unacceptable! The 'parking' was little to non-existent and whilst the bnb was clean, the decor was a little 'too much' for our taste. Location is miles out of the city with parking very difficult in the city centre. Breakfast was very average...overall, I would not stay here again."

"L’accoglienza da parte dei proprietari è stata fantastica e ci hanno viziato con le prelibatezze dell’orto del sig. Bruno ( uva fichi pomodorini basilico peperoni peperoncino prezzemolo ). Hanno accolto anche i nostri due cani di taglia media e anche se abitano al piano superiore, la privacy è assoluta."
