"The overall property and the staff was great. However the beds were slightly uncomfortable. It was clean and tidy. It would have been great to have a laundry facility but it seems not to be a standard in Germany. Overall value for money."

"The mattress had no firmness or stability. The mattress was more of a soft foam pad. We both “rolled” into the bed center. Sleeping in a car seat may have a better option. "

Their support phone number was just a recording that hung up after it played. I ended up having to sleep in my car. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling, and bugs on the floor."
