"Greater attention to detail is needed. Eg. Sheets worn and didn’t fit beds, broken bathroom door handle preventing its closure, one sink inoperable and other missing tap handle. No additional toilet rolls and no laundry washing detergent. Has a lot of unrealised potential and needs a freshen up. "

"Nice place with good location but the sofa bed when you open it the bed surface doesn’t stay completely even. My kids sleep there and it was annoying for them. The place is located in a pedestrian street full of bars and terraces. It’s really nice but between 9pm till 12. The place gets crowded. Lots of crowd noise. I can put up with crowd noise at night but definitely not for everyone. Next time I would try some where else. "

"Very well located near the center of Bilbao and not far from the Guggenheim museum, an appartment with lots of shadow. Nice in hot days. Preparations and payments took some effort and communication, but we managed. When we were there, the fridge did not close well, so we really had to take attention to make sure it was closed. Car can be parked easily at Aparcamiento Plaza Euskadil for about 15 euro per 24 hrs. This parking garage is about 15 min walk away from the appartment. "

El apartamento se ha reformado hace poco y está en un estado excelente, muy cuidado. Tiene dos baños completos con duchas muy buenas, uno es tan nuevo que creo que lo estrenamos nosotros. Todo impecable, muy limpio, incluso con ropa de cama de repuesto con plásticos de la tintorería. Es muy amplio, ideal para familias y grupos de amigos. Tiene de todo, desde cocina...
