"Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. "Super Lage des Hauses, Sauberkeit dürfte höher sein, 1. Schlafzimmer rechts Lattenrost defekt, Bettsofa sehr bequem, Duche unten wäre besser mit Glaswand und grösseres Waschbecken, super Grill. Hat uns sehr gefallen."

The property was spacious enough to easily accommodate the 12 people in our party, and it's location allowed easy access to Solothurn as well as access via train to skiing in the Alps. Vinzenz was very easy to communicate with and helpful leading up to the stay, providing information on local events and attractions. Afterwards he has posted a few items we forgot back to us. 10/10 would love to stay here again!"

"Was only there for one night but it’s a nice clean spot. The bus station is very close to get to Old Town and other spots."

"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "
