"This property ticked the boxes we wanted, which was a property at a good price and access to a 25m training pool for our kids, that swim. The property is surprisingly spacious even with the fold out sofa and other fold away bed down. The apartment is well equipped and the use of washing machine is great. The property owner was very responsive to any questions. The hotel itself is not luxurious, but was what we expected and is a little bit of a walk to some of the main restaurants, not an issue...

"This lovely apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed (apart from a toaster but that might be just an English thing) We stayed for 53 nights with our dog. Comfy bed. Lovely little balcony. Washing machine. Great quiet location with excellent bus service to other parts of the island..note..the buses are not dog friendly. Will definitely return."

"Wir waren schon sehr oft auf Lanzarote, dies war aber erst unser zweiter Urlaub in Arrieta. Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz vorm Haus. Das Apartment ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, dass heißt, es fehlt an nichts! Sehr sauber, Betten und Bad super! Aber das beste ist die Terrasse mit Meerblick und der Sonnenaufgang am Morgen! Wirklich einmalig. Sehr gute Fischrestaurants schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wohnungspbergabe und auch die Abreise ganz ohne Probleme. Sehr netter Kontakt zu...

"The apartment is in a lovely private complex and the outlook with seaview, pool view, lovely terrace and furniture were great. You're very central walking 150m youre on the promenade at Plata Bastian, 7-8 min walk through a cut you're in the square, 5 min to supermarket etc. Host was avaluable for questions and we were met by local lady for check in. Cant fault these points but..... The apartment is in need of TLC and as regular apt hirers this one was poor by comparison to others in the town....

"Had a lovely relaxing time in this hoo, was spotless from top to bottom, probably one of the best equipped property that we have stayed in and we have been self catering over in Lanzarote for years. Bed was lovely and comfortable and clean, the only one thing that was missing was a plunge pool as it was so windy the week we were there too stay one the beach, and so hot on the terrace, but we will definitely be back again and again."
