Walk in Lakefront Condo at Lake Of The Ozarks. Relax and enjoy a fantastic view of the Main Channel at the 21 mile marker. This Non Smoking Condo is located in the heart of Osage Beach. Just minutes from all the shopping, nightlife, and fun for the whole family. The lake offers 13 different golf courses ,and just minutes away you can shop at the World Class Factory Outlet Mall with over 100 shops. Close by there are many restaurants to choose from ranging from casual to fine dinning.


Our walk in condo is meticulously maintained and cleaned. We have fully-equipped this condo with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Queen-size bed and full-size sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, patio furniture, and an electric grill so you can relax and enjoy the lake view while you barbecue from your own balcony.
Stay cool in the lakeside pool, or you can fish or swim from one of the many dock equipped with swim ladders.
Boat slip available upon request. Our slip sizes are 10x20 and10x26. The boat may stick out by 4 additional feet. On site boat ramp and 2 trailer parking areas.
No smoking and no pets

Location!

The location was great and easy to get to anywhere in town. The condo is a small one bedroom but was clean and comfortable and the owners made checking in and out a breeze. I would highly recommend staying at one of their condos.

Thanksgiving

We went to meet with family for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time. Had to contact host which were wonderful about the fact my husband had forgotten key code. Was just what we needed for the two of us. Little to cold to go out & enjoy the lake view but overall great.

We stayed one night at this condo as a bonus vacation day preceding our reservation elsewhere. The room is small but tidy...perfect for a short visit! It is a walk-in unit from the parking lot, which is nice if you have a lot of things to carry in. The owner was friendly and very accomodating. We have stayed in the 20 MM area for several years as it is a short drive to stores/atttractions by land. It is also a midway point on the lake for the area we prefer to boat in.

The room worked out just like we needed. The pool which was way too cold to get in is in an awesome place. Right by room & down a few steps. In summer you couldn’t ask for better location. Had everything & more. Parents had stayed here before & aunt lives in area so know it pretty well. Don & his wife were awesome host. Would stay here again.

We loved the location and cleanliness of the condo. The view was great and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. This was our first time with VRBO and it was a great experience. There was one little problem and they fixed it immediately. Great people to work with. Over all we loved it.

Perfect Stay

The moment we walked in we fell in love with this place. Small but just right for family if you are on vacation. The view from balcony was stunning and peacful, we enjoyed every morning and every night peacfulness. Also,when we walked in I noticed clean and well equiped place, the owners didnt forget about anything. Walk in and parking right next to condo toped it off. Zero hassle. We will be back.

Condo was nice, loved the screened in balcony, however, the bed was very hard, it had a musty smell (i think it was in the carpet), the entire place needs updated.

Lakeside condo

Everything was true to the photos. The owners are so nice - responded quickly with good information. I liked this place so much I am returning in the fall. I am probably not their typical guest. The attraction for me was not the swimming pool , the fishing, or the marina. I selected this rental because it is close to a week long activity that I do. It is also convenient to shopping and wonderful restaurants. I loved the fact I could just walk right in - no steps! It was wonderful to come home after a long day and just set on the balcony and enjoy the beauty. If you are in to boating, jet skis, fishing, and swimming, you will be over the moon happy staying here.

The unit was very clean, and the balcony overlooking the lake was great. However, the decor was very dated and the lighting was terrible. There was a musty smell which likely came from the old carpet. The furniture was old and the mattress was terrible. We cut our trip short because we couldn’t sleep on the mattress for a third night. The owner was very nice. The unit is just long overdue for updates.
