Family-Friendly Lakefront Condo with Breathtaking Views
Experience the perfect vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks in this family-friendly, lakefront condo with FANTASTIC views. Although you may not want to leave the salt-water pool (Opens May 15) or the private beach at the complex, you will be only minutes away from all that the lake has to offer.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Master Bedroom: 1 king bed- sleeps 2 Guest Bedroom: 2 full-size beds arranged as bunk beds- sleeps 3 (200 pound weight limit on the top bunk) Living Room: 1 pull-out, full-size, sleeper sofa - sleeps 2 There are 2 bathrooms in the condo, each stocked with bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. The showers have body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. A hair dryer can be found under the sink in the guest bathroom.
The Kitchen: Our kitchen has lots of counter space and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, and utensils. We also provide cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper. The coffee bar has a two-in-one 12 cup drip coffee pot and Keurig. We have several K-Cups available, including multiple coffee blends, tea, and hot chocolate. The bar is also stocked with sugars and creamers. We highly recommend a night grilling out on the patio, looking out over the lake at the beautiful sunset, listening to music, watching the outdoor smart TV, and enjoying the cozy deck lighting. If its a chillier night, you can also turn on the ceiling fan heater, making any night the perfect night to grill out. The Family-Friendly Amenities: The condo is family-friendly. With only one stair step to enter, it is easy to carry in kiddos and luggage. You can find a high chair and pack n' play (including sheets) in the closet in the bunk room. We have also made sure to "baby-proof" the place by installing child locks on the cabinets with cleaning supplies, outlet covers on all the accessible outlets, and safety screens along the deck railings so that no babies can squeeze through or toss over binkies. NOTE: Guests will need to turn on the water, water heater, and ice maker during check-in, and turn them off at check-out.

Complex Rules: GROUNDS 1. Grounds and walkways shall be kept free and clear of rubbish, debris, and other unsightly materials. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the proper container. Trash and/or garbage must be tied in plastic bags and placed in the trash dumpster. Please keep all lids closed on the dumpster. No batteries, oil, hazardous material, or large items are allowed.
2. Fireworks are not allowed anywhere in the complex. Throwing or launching of projectiles in the complex or on Golden Reef property is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to stones, rocks, and water balloons. 3. Parking: No vehicles licensed over 17,000 lbs. are allowed. No overnight accommodations in an R.V. or trailers are allowed. There is no parking or storage of vehicles on the premises beyond your stay. 4. Trailer lot is for owners’ use only. NO vehicles (watercraft or land-based) are permitted. Guest/renters must park trailers somewhere other than on Golden Reef property. 5. Guests are not permitted to have pets. 6. Bicycles, roller skates/blades, skateboards are not allowed on the walkways, docks, and pool area. 7. Vulgar language, obscene gestures, lewd behavior or actions, and illegal activities are prohibited. 10. No thong swimsuits are allowed in public areas on Golden Reef property. 11. The parking, storage, or repair of an unlicensed, expired license, or disabled vehicles is prohibited; any such vehicle will be subject to removal and storage at a commercial storage facility in the area at the Guest’s cost and liability. Parking or storage of vehicles beyond the Guest’s stay is prohibited. Vehicles left unattended for more than 48 hours will be fined $15.00/day. 12. Only registered, licensed vehicles may be operated on Golden Reef property and such vehicles shall be operated ONLY by licensed individuals. BUILDINGS 1. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. At all times, please be considerate of our neighbors. Obnoxious activity will NOT be permitted in any area of the complex either knowingly or negligently, which may be an annoyance or nuisance to other owners or guests. 2. Water shut off: Guests are required to shut off the main water supply line to the unit upon each departure. Please remember to turn off the circuit breaker for the hot water heater, ice maker, and drain kitchen and bathroom faucets. 3. The use or storage of charcoal-fired barbecue grills, fire pits, heaters and tiki torches within any Building or deck area is prohibited. Management will remove them from buildings or decks and fines and storage charges will be assessed. NO open flames are permitted on walkways (parking lot side) or decks (lakeside - other than gas grills). 4. Use caution when using gas or electric grills by keeping them away from the building and railings, and turn the gas valve off when finished. Any damage incurred shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest. 5. The general appearance and cleanliness of all outside decks is the responsibility of each guest. 6. With the exception of temporary seasonal decorations, no item of any kind may be hung over or on deck railings (lakeside or parking lot side) including, but not limited to towels, clothing, blankets, lifejackets, water toys, or any other item that would detract from the pleasing appearance of our community. Do not use any type of clotheslines on decks. 7. No gas cans, containers, or equipment containing gas can be stored on decks, inside units, or on building walkways. 8. No running or jumping on the walkways or decks. Children must always be under the supervision of an adult and are not to be left unattended. 9. During the winter months, thermostats must be set at 55 degrees or higher to prevent pipes from breaking during freezing weather. BOAT DOCK AREA 1. Only vessels owned by Golden Reef condo owners may be moored at the Golden Reef Association docks.
2. Only owners and guests are allowed on docks. Boats and dock lockers are to be respected. Do not sit, stand or otherwise trespass on them. 3. Dock fingers and walkways must be kept clear of all obstacles, including but not limited to coolers, batteries, hoses, cleaning supplies, personal floatation devices, fishing supplies, etc. 4. There will be no cooking, sleeping or living on boats in slips. 5. No overnight mooring is permitted on the outside of any dock. 6. No tarps, curtains, or any other materials used for wind or sun barricade attached to the dock. 7. Fish should be cleaned at the cleaning station at the end of Dock #1 and #2 only. You are responsible for cleaning up afterward. 8. Ducks are cute, but create a mess on docks and walkways. Please don’t feed the ducks. 9. No obscene acts or language will be tolerated. 10. Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be respectful of neighbors when returning by water during this time.
11. ABSOLUTELY no fueling of any watercraft from, nor storage of oil or gasoline (or containers intended therefor, whether empty or full), anywhere on or around Golden Reef docks is permitted. SWIMMING POOL 1. Individuals are responsible for their safety, as well as the safety of their children. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There are no lifeguards. 2. No sharp objects (hooks, needles, etc), glass, or other breakable objects or kegs are allowed in the pool area. Violators will be fined $100 for each offense, no verbal warning for this violation. If the association has to drain and sanitize the pool due to broken glass, the violator will be charged for the total cost of the work. 3. All rules posted at the pool must be observed, which include, no running, diving or horseplay, etc. Please be considerate of others in the pool. 4. Children under the age of 12, who utilize the pool, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. The parent or guardian must be inside the fenced-in area around the pool. Supervising children from the condo or condo deck will not be acceptable. 5. Please close and tie the umbrella on the tables when leaving for the day. This will prevent the tables from tipping. 6. Please pick up and dispose of your trash in the pool area. 7. Swim diapers are required for children who are not potty trained. 8. Noise must be kept to a minimum. 9. Deck furniture may not be removed from the pool area. At no time, may any owner/guest occupy more than 2 pool deck tables. 10. Swim attire must be worn in the pool-no cutoffs. If you have been in the lake, please shower before entering the pool. The shower is located by the pool shed. 11. No smoking is allowed in or around the pool for obvious sanitary reasons. Smoking is allowed in the lake beach area. Please smoke in the designated area. 12. Only people staying at the complex can use the pool. 13. No personal grooming of ANY kind is permitted inside the fenced pool area.
