This is a very nice property. Communication with the property contact was flawless! She was very responsive for the questions we had. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet & relaxing. We stayed for a week & had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend Evolve properties & will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful location. The deck was just the space we was looking for to hang outside. Plenty of seating. Bedding was great. Loved the deep tubs in the bathrooms as well. Overall we will come back.

Nice house good layout! Socks were black from the floors. Over all place could have been cleaner. ( the top of the fridge was very dirty) May need to spray for bugs lots of spiders. The ACs do not keep up. One of the beds upstairs is broken but we didn’t need that bed any way our group was smaller than expected! Also we were not able to get delivery to the house!

Our stay was everything! The house was very nice! I had a few problems, the hot water was one, I was told that the tank was brand new but it might have been empty! Which I felt should have been addressed before our stay, the downstairs bedroom, the sheets were not clean I mean literally hair, dirt. Etc.. I noticed a coffee can in the fridge, so that morning I got up to cook and make coffee, but the can was empty! Which also should have been addressed before our stay! Besides the few issues I found our stay was great! And yes we will book again! 🥰

The details in the listing were spot on. Everything they said, they had. The bedrooms were perfect for all to have our own space. Our main complaint was "attention to details". Within the first 30 minutes, we noticed a few things. One of the toilet seats slid around, the remote to the main level tv was GONE (I texted the manager and I got a "waiting to hear back from cleaning crew" - but NEVER RESOLVED). The couch still had crumbs on it from last people, it was clear the last group had little kids with all of the ping pong balls stuck in little spaces, and the garbage can was gross (glad it had a foot opener). The kitchen air missed a knob to change. The place was great location, perfect space spread out for our family, just needed attention to details (like a deep clean). For the 5 days we were there, we were given 2 towels, so used the wash machine. We were concerned about the hot water from past reviews, but the showers got hot - no problem. The sink in the main level bathroom almost never got hot water (not sure how the thing is plumbed). I used the bath spout to get a washcloth of hot water. Perfect for 3 cars. LOVED the wildlife we could see from the deck (deer daily, birds, squirrels), but attention to the outside might be needed also (edging blocks out, weeds in rock beds, and we threw away a bag of wet charcoal left on the patio. Also, when we arrived, two of our outside doors were unlocked but the main door was locked and the code worked great all weekend.

The property itself was really nice and looked like the pictures posted on the listing. My group is interested in staying on the property managed by Evolve in the future. But the contact person I was assigned too, did not offer any assistance with the lack of hot water. I made a couple calls which i was told i would receive a return call with an update as well as sending an email, both resulted in no follow up. It took going directly to the parent company to reach a resolve. This step could've been avoided if the contact person did more to communicated that the hot water would not be fixed during our stay. That way maybe we could've relocated elsewhere on the property earlier in the start of our stay. The rep for Evolve apologized, was very professional and prompt in providing compensation...which was appropriate & appreciated.

Had NO HOT WATER the entire time, and said they would get maintenance to fix it and never did. They called halfway thru our stay and said someone looked at it last week and it would be a couple weeks for they could get a new one. They should have gave some kind of refund and I asked and never got a answer. It was not clean, literally looked like last people were ones that cleaned it. The toilets were not clean, toilet seat was broken when we got there downstairs. They did bring a new one my husband ended up putting one. They just dropped it at the door. Bar stool was broken, one of the sofa recliners were broke. Floors needed swept and moped all of our socks were black. We did sweep the floors when we got there. Coffee maker was broke but they did bring a new one. Cobwebs on stairs, in lamps shades. Dust was thick on lamp and about a inch under furniture. The stove and refrigerator needs cleaned both dirty. The grill literally needed cleaned so we went and bought a grill brush and almost had a grease fire so couldn’t use it. Mirrors were dirty. The positive was rooms were like we wanted and needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Not the experience we were looking for our first family vacation together.

Very spacious and nice place, a lot of hills to drive on but that’s also anywhere in ozarks. Had some questions that were answered very quickly. Pool was just up the hill and we found some stairs so we didn’t have to walk all the way around. Would definitely stay again
