The unit is equipped with smart TVs so that you can access your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon accounts or just enjoy the Charter / Spectrum cable channels. There is also wireless internet in case you need to get some work done while on vacation.
Unit also comes with a 10 x 24 covered slip that is included and you can easily see while sitting on the deck.
Complex has two pools, one at each end of the complex - one is on the point and you can watch the boats in the main channel while you are playing in the pool, There is also a SAND BEACH that is always a fun place to lounge or hang out in the water and just relax. There is also a playground for the kids to play.
Master bedroom has a smart tv, it's own private bathroom, door directly to the deck and overlooks the lake.

The Ledges Complex sits at the 20 1/2 mile marker in the center of Osage Beach and is near golf courses, trampoline park, go cart tracks, miniature golf, arcades, helicopter rides, bumper cars, boutiques, water park, grocery stores, boat and sea doo rental, numerous restaurants and entertainment. Ha Ha Tonka is only 16 miles away. The state park is very close by and has nice ramping facilities along with long or short term trailer parking for your boat or PWC trailer. Surdyke Port 20 Marina is also near by with trailer parking.
