Prefer to stay closer to home? The community’s lakeside pool provides hours of fun along within serene vistas of the boats zipping and drifting by. Or maybe it's more of a low-key, shaded experience you’re after, in which case the home’s private balcony has you covered, with comfortable seating perfect for dining, sipping crisp beverages, and losing yourself in the pages of a good book



For those ready to seek out those aforementioned family-friendly attractions, the greater Ozark area is home to escape rooms, amusement parks, mini-golf courses, and water parks, ensuring that there's something for all ages to enjoy. Plan a visit to Bagnell Dam and snap some photos at the scenic overlook, stopping in for lunch at a nearby local restaurant located along the shoreline. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted bathtub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles. RVs, campers, boat trailers, or box trailers are not permitted.

• Surdyke Marina is conveniently located next door and is available for trailer storage and boat launch services. Please feel free to contact them directly for assistance.

• First floor unit, no stiairs required

o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
