Private home in the heart of Margaritaville in Osage Beach. This 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house sits on mile marker 26. One king, four queen beds, one twin over double bunk bed, and a futon sofa will fit your entire family/friends and then some! A fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living room, and a screened in deck with a beautiful lake view! This home is perfect for large groups or families! Smart TVs throughout home, Wi-Fi, and kitchen appliances/condiments included. Two community pools for renters to use. Margaritaville amenities at your disposal for additional cost directly to Margaritaville. What's special about us? We donate 5% of our annual proceeds to a charity near and dear to us, Brett's First Responders!

Home is newly renovated & a new staff is eager for the upcoming busy seasons at the Lake!! Host requires a way to contact guests within the home (cell phone number).

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. Please take out all trash to the container by the curb.
Place all dirty/wet towels in the upstairs bathtub
If you change the thermostat for your stay, please set it back to default
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
