Amazing Lakefront views from your private deck. No stairs from parking!

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, lakefront condominium with a breathtaking view of the Lake. The condo is on a quiet top floor in building 5, one of the newest condos in one of the nicest complexes at the Lake. The building is next to the heated, outdoor pool. The condo features walk-in access from the parking lot (no stairs), but yet is on the 4th floor for great views of the lake. Less than 20 steps from parking to your condo.

Note: There is a separate $135 cleaning fee that is not included in your rental cost that should be left in the condo at the end of the stay for the housekeeper.

The living room features a gas fireplace, 50” HD TV, home theater system, 500Mhz high speed wireless internet, and reclining comfortable couches and chairs to enjoy your time indoors and the view outdoors.

The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances. Keurig, Mr Coffee, diswasher, and a large dining table overlooking the lake. .

The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress and a large HDTV. There is a private bath off the master bedroom with both a shower and bathtub. There is also a large separate walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with attached bath and an HDTV. An inflatable air mattress is also available for additional guests.

A washer and dryer are located in the condo.

Only a five minute drive away is a factory outlet mall, golf, miniature golf, go-cart track, as well as a State Park with lots of outdoor amenities.

The condo is adjacent to the main pool and a short walk to the childrens heated lazy river and heated splash pool.

In the heart of Osage Beach, this 15-acre condominium complex has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. During the mornings relax on your deck and watch an amazing view of the boats on the lake – everything from jet skis to 50’ luxury yachts!

During the day enjoy the pool next to our building that features a waterfall & upscale patio furnishings. Our condo is located in building 5, which is the closet condo to the heated pool in the Lands End Complex. For families there is a separate children’s waterpark w/ lazy river & a large playground & basketball court.

The modern clubhouse features a state-of-the art fitness center as well as a pool table and lounge area for guests.

In the evenings take a walk on the half mile lighted boardwalk that features a 10 mile panoramic view of the Osage (Main Channel) & Grand Glaize. Then watch the beautiful sunsets from your deck that will take your breath away.

The private deck includes a gas grill and fantastic views of both the main channel and the weekend no-wake zone channel leading to the Grand Glaze bridge and State Park. The State Park is an excellent place to water ski if you have a boat.

A surprising retreat

We were in town for a wedding, but enjoyed the condo so much that we got much needed rest, which we hadn’t thought about as we planned. It was the easiest check-in I’ve ever had, and the cleanliness lives up to the reviews. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great for all ages!

This is a great location for everyone. Close to many places by land and water. Great splash pad/lazy river for small children and a pool for bigger kids and adults. Close to Andy’s custard for an after dinner snack. The condo was very clean and the convenience of walking straight in with no stairs was quite a perk!

Awesome Condo with Great View

We stayed 3 nights and had a great, relaxing time. Fireplace was nice, bed was comfy, and grill was perfect! The only problem we had was deciding where to eat lunch each day. Close to everything and many choices! We hope to be back soon!!

Softball Tournament

Beautiful condo and great lake view.

We spend a lot of time at the lake. This condo is one of the best places we have stayed in. If you want an owner that is easy to work with and very accomidating, then Mark fits that description. Upon arrival we found the condo very clean, welcoming and inviting. It is also close to multiple resturants and the outlet mall. We wont hesitate to stay there again.

Fabulous Getaway!

Beautiful condo, very clean and comfortable, amazing sunsets, no steps made it easy for the senior in our group. The pool, lazy river, and clubhouse were wonderful too. Great owner, very prompt to reply to all communications, and even sent a message after we arrived to make sure everything was great. Very impressed!

The condo was clean and stylish. There were plenty of towels (nice!) and the place was stocked with all the conveniences of home. Walking straight in from the parking lot was super great...no stairs. Loved that!

Lovely weekend at the Lake

I rented this place for a weekend getaway. My parents just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary so I invited them along as it had two bedrooms. We loved this place! Everything we would want was there, it was well appointed with whatever you may need to cook if that's your thing (not really ours), the view from the balcony was breathtaking, and it was clean. The only thing my parents wished is that the toilet in the master bath was not so low to the ground. Other than that, we have nothing but praise to say.

Absolutely AMAZING!

Ease of access from car to front door, Amazing! I'm disabled so this matters a lot. Then you walk into the unit, and WOW! First thing that greets you is a wonderful smell, then the cleanliness, AMAZING! I can't say enough about how clean it is, from top to bottom. Then there's the view, you got it, AMAZING! The sunsets were so beautiful, but it didn't matter what time of day it was, the view was AMAZING! Thank you Mark and Tina, and all of those that work hard to make this condo so wonderful. Definitely the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in.

Average property with marked cleanliness in the unit

The host was very prompt with his responses and the unit was very clean. The following are facts that contributed to my rating of the property. 1. There are no table linens… no tablecloths, no placemats, no napkins. 2. The chairs for dining are all of a nonstandard height (higher than normal) so the person in our party with mobility issues had to be assisted up into and out of the chairs. 3. The bed in the smaller bedroom is covered with some crinkly material under the sheets so every time I moved during the night it felt to me like trying to sleep on bubble wrap. 4. The drapes in the smaller bedroom do not meet in the middle so the room cannot be fully darkened for sleep.

Beautiful view!

The view of the lake is always our favorite part about an Ozark vacation and it was beautiful! Accommodations were great, we had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the qaulity of the beds and pillows. Very clean and updated furniture and decor. The pools are another favorite for kids and adults. Friendly staff and well kept property all around.Thanks for the wonderful stay!
